The documentation for the Qt version of EMEGS is still very fragmented. Moreover, since substantial changes are still being made, there are two versions available, the older one for up to version 1.5, and the newer one for versions above. With version 1.6 the user interface has changed substantially because a general framework for other analysis types (ECG, EDA etc) was introduced.
